What are U Giving Up?

K here's something to ponder: In NY they promote the idea that you are a subject-meaning when u enter into a place that randomly picks out people, you are the subject they are referring to when they conduct random searches(????). K so here's the deal: when u walked out of your place where you're domiciled(not live cuz u live in your body) to the subway station, your rights were secured by that lil piece of paper they call the Constitution, yes? So how is it suspended by an over-seer when they choose you as a candidate for a random search? & if you refuse a search, are you a threat to national(&financial) security? So if you choose to let the search go down just so you don't look like a trouble maker, are you giving up your Universal rights & allowing a public servant to have authority over you?
